RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

All returns must meet one or more of the following criteria for potential refunds, contingent upon inspection and review by The Cozy Corner

  • Return shipment postmarked within 10 days of product delivery

  • Damage outside of normal wear and tear to said product such as, but not limited to

    • Rips

    • Tears

    • Stains

    • Missing item(s) (Button eyes, stitching)

  • Incorrect product

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect color(s)

    • Note that due to differences in technology and camera lenses, color(s) may vary slightly from the online store to in-person 

 

If said product meets one or more of the above criteria after inspection and review by The Cozy Corner, a refund of the full amount of said product, including shipping and taxes, will be available to the customer as store credit. Store credit will never expire.

 

If said product does not meet one or more of the above criteria after inspection and review by The Cozy Corner, the customer may demand their product to be shipped back at the customer’s cost of reshipping.

 

All returns will receive confirmation emails updating them as the process is handled, with an explanation of if their product has been deemed refundable. 

 

All return requests must send an email to The Cozy Corner at tcccreations26@gmail.com explaining the return.

This website, www.thecozycornercreations.com, is strictly for the use of viewing and/or purchasing its products.

All product purchases include a warranty of 24 months for normal wear and tear. Products can be used as toys, but note that excessive or rough use will void normal wear and tear warranty policy. Products may be cleaned following the recommended guideline in the FAQ section.

 

Any product design or creation outside of The Cozy Corner is given credit in the info section of the product’s page. Permission must be obtained by The Cozy Corner for any of its products or designs to be used personally or commercially. 

 

The Cozy Corner retains the right to refuse service or cancel any membership, account, or purchase for any reason applicable by law.

 

The Cozy Corner reserves its right to change or update acceptable payment methods, policies, products and their costs, or any such resource on its website at any given time.
